How to Submit Your Photos

A virtual visit starts with five photos of your smile. Here’s the process:

  1. Take your photos. Ask someone to help you capture the five views below with a smartphone or digital camera.
  2. Submit your photos. Upload all five using the form on this page and tell us about any concerns.
  3. Review with Dr. Aragon. Dr. Aragon will review your photos with you during your virtual appointment and recommend next steps.

The five photos: (1) Right bite - bite together, pull back your right cheek, photograph the right side; (2) Center smile - bite together and give your biggest smile straight on; (3) Left bite - pull back your left cheek and photograph the left side; (4) Upper arch - tilt your head back to capture the full upper arch; (5) Lower arch - tilt your chin down to capture the full lower arch. Good lighting (face a window or use a flashlight) makes a big difference.
